AGF Medical Outreach, Infants & Maternal Care

In accordance with the United Nations Sustainable development goals, we thrive to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all (SDG goal 3), which includes prison inmates and officers. Periodically we carry out free medical outreach in prisons across Nigeria, where inmates and prison officers benefit from medical services. Also, drugs are usually donated to the respective prison’s medical center.

There are many babies in African prison. Abounding Grace Foundation is to provide maternal care for pregnant inmate and babies born in prison. Currently, we have over 40 babies and pregnant inmates benefiting from this program in prisons within Africa and intend to expand our services to care for more of them.. Your support is highly needed.

Feeding the Prisoners

Due to the poor feeding condition in prison around Africa, inmates usually suffer from sicknesses and diseases as a result of malnutrition. With the help of partners, sponsors and friends of AGF, we assist the prison service commission with the feeding of the inmate by donating food and drinks periodically to prison across Africa.

Over 100,000 inmates in over 190 prisons in Africa have benefited from our feeding program, which provide food with adequate nutritional value to support the existing food supply inside prison.

The youth sensitization program is our platform for the sensitization of youth on the danger of crime under our project ccc. Periodically, our team conducts seminar, conference, symposium in school colleges, religion centers and communities. the program is also used as a platform for vocational training and empowerment. Abounding Grace Academy & Scholarship Program

Abounding Grace Foundation Academy is the teaching arm of Abounding Grace Foundation which operates within the prison wall. The platform is used to equip the prisoners with leadership and managerial skills. Every month, the Academy team which comprises of professionals from different works of life hold classes in different prisons to teach and training the inmate.

AGF Scholarship program was initiated on two pillars carved out from Goal 4 of United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

    1. Ensure that all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood development, care, and preprimary education so that they are ready for primary education
    2. Ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational and tertiary education, including university.

We intend to achieve these objectives, through the provision of Educational Scholarship to the economically disadvantaged in the society, including convicts and ex-convicts.

Currently, we have 20 beneficiaries of the scholarship program and over 100 on our waiting list.
